Oh yes, she is a jewelry fanatic and one with such tremendous influence that she has turned me into someone who dreams in jewels.

A born organizer and systematizer, Appisha is a proud owner of a rainbow of notebooks which she juggles like a pro. At the same time a sketching extraordinaire, she is the one who breathes life into our designs, turning mere concepts and ideas into tangible works of art. Her passion for perfection and a keen eye for the tiniest details ensures that every aspect of Kagatha is remarkable.

How it all Began..

Hey there! It's Appisha and Sushant, the Nepali duo who brought Kagatha, our vintage-inspired jewelry brand, to life. Let us give you the inside scoop on how this all started.

It was like six years ago when we were just a couple of bright-eyed college kids with entrepreneurial dreams and a shared love for all things creative and beautiful. Fast forward through a few years of contemplating, and it took flying all the way to London for those dreams to finally click into place.

We had initially planned the London stint as a way to study abroad and travel Europe. But you know how it goes - life has a way of taking you down unexpected paths. After graduating, a few months of downtime, and some serious soul-searching, we had one of those classic "a-ha!" moments. We thought, "Why don't we just go for it and start our brand?!"

And just like that, Kagatha was born - a jewelry line that's all about infusing stories and personal meaning into gorgeous, vintage-inspired pieces.

It took a ton of brainstorming sessions, more than a few missteps, and a huge dose of determination (and gut), but we're finally ready to unleash Kagatha on the world in 2024! This initial collection is just the first chapter though. We've got so many more dreamy, meaningful designs brewing for you.
