RETURNS
Just in case you are not completely in love with your purchase, we are more than happy to process refunds for your items. You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us about your return decision and another 14 days to send it back to us. We are sorry, but we can not accept returns received after this period.
We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original packaging and in an unworn condition. We are sure you understand, but due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
Before you send anything back, please drop an email to our Customer Service Team at info@kagatha.com. We aim to process returns within 2-3 working days of receiving them, however, during busy times it might take us a tad longer.
Return Charges
Unfortunately, we can not cover the return charges. We do not offer pre-paid returns, so you will need to take care of the postage for the returned item.
Faulty Items

Receiving your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about its status. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
