Your Kagatha order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail.

For UK Customers, Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders over £100, with delivery estimated within 2-5 working days with tracking included.

For International Customers, Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders over £200, with delivery estimated within 4-8 working days with tracking included.

For UK tracked 48 shipping, it is £3.95, also arriving within 2-5 working days with tracking included.

For UK tracked 24 shipping, it is £4.95. For speedier delivery within 1-3 working days. Orders must be placed by 12 pm. If placed on Saturday, shipment will occur the following Monday.

For European customers, tracked shipping is available for £9.95, with delivery estimated within 4-6 working days, excluding weekends. Shipping is free on orders over £200.

For international customers, tracked shipping is available at £12.55, with delivery estimates of 6-8 working days, excluding weekends. Shipping is free on orders over £200.

International orders may incur custom charges. Please be aware that we have no control over these fees and we can not be held responsible if they occur. However, we will certainly do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

MISSED DELIVERIES?

If you or someone isn't available to receive your parcel, you should receive a card informing you of the missed delivery, and your parcel will be safely held at your local post office for collection.

For those who've chosen Next Day Delivery, you'll receive a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery for your convenience.

MISSING ORDERS?

If you're in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days from the date of purchase, please reach out to us at info@kagatha.com or fill out this form to let us know about your situation. We will get it sorted as soon as we can.
